At Build Your Skin we are dedicated to delivering your skincare products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for more details on processing times, shipping methods, and costs.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping
Netherlands: We offer free shipping on orders over 40 euros. For orders under 40 euros, the shipping cost is 5.95 euros.

Belgium: We offer free shipping on orders over 60 euros. For orders under 60 euros, the shipping cost is 7.95 euros.

Germany: We offer free shipping on orders over 70 euros. For orders under 70 euros, the shipping cost is 8.95 euros.

Shipping
We offer standard shipping, meaning an estimated delivery within 1-3 business days for orders placed before 5 PM.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, unexpected demand, or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. We are working on expanding our international shipping options and will keep you updated.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on the carrier's website.
